The beach stretches along the south side of the Hananuki River, and the front is ideal for beginners, but the further south you go, the more reefs appear, so be careful.

Also, be careful when driving on the beach because many vehicles get stuck. In fact, the author also had an experience of getting stuck while driving a four-wheel drive vehicle.

East swell is the best for Ibukihama, but it is sensitive to both south and north swell. It is a year-round surfing spot. It has the specs to withstand the south wind relatively well.
