Chijiwa Surf Point, located at the base of Shimabara Peninsula, has a 1km long beach with several sand bars.
There are many slightly fast damper breaks. Due to the terrain of Tachibana Bay, it is often one size smaller than the surrounding area, so it is best to check it out when there is a strong southwest swell.
When surfing in Chijiwa, it is sometimes good to check around the low tide.
