The surfing point is at Ukita Beach along the embankment adjacent to Karasu.

When the direction of the south swell is right, the waves break well from the outside to the inside, and the breakwater on the right side is strong against the south wind.

The breakwater on the right side of the beach is strong enough to withstand south winds. When the surrounding area is closed due to strong south swell, the breakwater on the right side blocks the swell and there are specs for surfing.
