Reef spot west of Futamigaura. When the waves get bigger, they hit the reef on the right side and become tubey waves. The northeast swell in March and April tends to determine the terrain, so be careful near the low tide as the reef will show its face. During low tide, surf the sandy bottom in the center of the beach. There is no parking space at Oguchi, so it is best to avoid visitors. It is a wide beach break, but the area around the rocks is a reef point. The south side of the rocks in the middle of the beach is called the Bontan area.
